测定光皮木瓜叶片净光合速率及相关生理生态因子的日变化和季节变化,探讨光皮木瓜光合特性及净光合速率与各生理生态因子的关系。结果表明,光皮木瓜叶片净光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,存在明显的“光合午休”现象,且为非气孔限制,净光合速率季节变化为单峰曲线,在7月达到最高值;主要生理生态因子对光皮木瓜叶片净光合速率的直接绝对作用大小依次为叶片温度(Tl)>叶室温度(Tc)>胞间CO2浓度(Ci)>光合有效辐射强度(PAR)>大气相对湿度(RH)>蒸腾速率(Tr),其中Tl和Ci为负向效应,Tc、PAR、RH、Tr为正向效应,且Tc、Tl对叶片净光合速率的影响较为复杂。
The diurnal variation and seasonal changes of net photosynthetic rate and related physiological and ecological factors of Quercus variabilis were determined. The relationship between photosynthetic characteristics and net photosynthetic rate of Quercus variabilis and their physiological and ecological factors was also discussed. The results showed that the diurnal variation of net photosynthetic rate of Quercus variabilis was a bimodal curve with obvious phenomenon of “midday depression” and non-stomatal limitation. The seasonal change of net photosynthetic rate was unimodal curve and reached the highest value in July . The direct and absolute effects of major physiological and ecological factors on the net photosynthetic rate of the leaves of the papaya in the order of Tl> Tc> Ci> Ci> PAR> (RH)> transpiration rate (Tr), where Tl and Ci are negative effects, Tc, PAR, RH and Tr are positive effects, and Tc and Tl have more complex effects on net photosynthetic rate of leaves.
