第二次世界大战以后,世界各主要的军事装备生产国家都经历了军转民的过程,这是一个十分复杂的、长期的过程,一般需要经过5～10年的艰苦努力。经济特区是改革开放的产物,到特区创办企业是航空工业军转民,内转外工作的一个侧面,对我们来说,则是一次新的创业的尝试,因而,回顾和总结这些年来所走过的道路,无疑将是十分有益的。
After the Second World War, all major military equipment producing countries in the world experienced the process of transferring troops to civilians. This is a very complicated and long-term process and generally requires arduous efforts for 5 to 10 years. Special economic zones are the product of reform and opening up. The establishment of enterprises in the SAR is an aspect of the transformation of the aviation industry into civilians and internal and external jobs. For us, it is a new entrepreneurial attempt. Therefore, we review and summarize these years. The road ahead will undoubtedly be very helpful.
