自2003年《中小企业促进法》正式颁布实施以来,新疆维吾尔自治区财政部门不断完善支持中小企业发展的财政政策,设立多个财政专项资金,引导中小企业成长壮大;不断优化中小企业发展环境,让中小企业持续健康发展。
Since the formal promulgation and implementation of the “Law on Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises” in 2003, the financial department of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has continuously improved its fiscal policies that support the development of SMEs and set up a number of special funds for finance to guide the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises. It has also continuously optimized the development environment for small and medium-sized enterprises SMEs sustained and healthy development.
