2014年我收到的第一份礼物就是尹后庆先生的新书《见证变革——站在基础教育转折点上》,怀着激动的心情捧起这本著作,我整整读了两遍。从“我的导读”开始读起,一步步跟随尹先生“穿越”了上海基础教育30年,一口气读下去,书中所提及到的“委托管理”“加强初中建设工程”“优质的教育均衡”“动态均衡”等专业术语对于我这样一个只当了12年校长的人来说,一点都不抽象,眼前浮现的是一幅幅灵动的画面,一个个感人的故事。我永远不会忘记在市新优质项目启动会上他那些鼓舞人心的话语:“我们追求的均衡绝不是学校之间的办学水平的划一,而是要用不同的尺子
