糖为民生日用必需之品,在整个经济体系中占着重要的位置。近两年来,在政府增产节约的号召和工人们爱国增产的热情下,各地制糖业多呈蓬勃现象。以我国产区之广,条件之优,糖业前途,是一定可以发展的。本文原为作者应中华化学工业会创立卅周年纪念而作,因第四期内未及刊出,特在此发表。文中着重指出目前我国糖业的全貌,和今后发展的途径,实为新中国经济建设的重要参考
Sugar for the people’s daily necessities of life, occupy an important position in the entire economy. In the past two years, thanks to the government’s call for more production and economy and the enthusiasm of workers for patriotic stimulation, the sugar industry in various places has been booming. To a wide area of production in our country, the advantages of the conditions, the future of sugar, it will certainly be able to develop. This article was originally written for the anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Chemical Industry Association, and was published in the fourth issue because it was not published in the fourth issue. The paper highlights the current overview of China’s sugar industry, and the future development of the road, in fact, an important reference for the economic construction of new China
