人身安全保护令是为保护家庭暴力中受害者及相关亲属的人身安全而制定并实施的,也有利于维护正常的案件诉讼程序。自该保护令实施以来,在取得一定效果的同时也暴露其具体实施过程中的一些不足,不仅影响了具体实施效果,也损害了法律的威严。本文旨在通过对人身安全保护令实施以来的现状进行探讨和思考,从而为推动该保护令的有效实施提出一些有用的建议。1.人身安全保护令的实施现状及存在问题的原因分析1.1人身安全保护令的实施现状
The personal safety protection order is formulated and implemented to protect the personal safety of the victims and relatives of domestic violence. It is also conducive to safeguarding the normal case procedure. Since the implementation of the protection order, some achievements have been revealed, and some deficiencies in its implementation have been exposed, which not only affects the specific implementation effect but also impairs the dignity of the law.
