本文较全面地论述了在有及无浮选剂存在条件下矿浆体系中矿粒之间可能存在的各种相互作用势能,给出了各种相互作用势能的计算公式。通过锡石表面Zeta电位和接触角的测定,计算了在不同油酸钠浓度下微细粒锡石表面极性相互作用能量常数、DLVO相互作用势能和扩展的DLVO相互作用势能,预测并解释了细粒锡石在矿浆中的凝聚与分散行为。根据理论计算结果和沉降试验结果的对比,指出了DLVO理论在解释有浮选剂存在条件下的矿粒凝聚与分散行为的不足,以及扩展的DLVO理论的正确性和较好的预测可信度。本研究可为锡石矿物的分选提供重要依据,也是对这两个理论在实际应用方面的重要拓展。
In this paper, all kinds of potential energy of interaction between mineral particles in the slurry system in the presence of and without flotation agent are comprehensively discussed, and the formulas for calculating the potential energy of each interaction are given. Through the determination of Zeta potential and contact angle on the surface of cassiterite, the energy constants of polar interactions, the potential energy of DLVO and the extended DLVO potential of fine grained cassiterite at different concentrations of sodium oleate were calculated. The potential energy of DLVO interaction was predicted and explained. Aggregation and dispersion behavior of pellets in slurry. Based on the comparison between theoretical calculation and sedimentation test results, the inadequacy of DLVO theory in explaining the agglomeration and dispersion behavior of mineral particles in the presence of flotation agent is pointed out, and the correctness of DLVO theory and the good predictive reliability . This study can provide an important basis for the sorting of cassiterite minerals and also an important extension to the practical application of these two theories.
