在企业讲求协同发展的今天,谁也不愿意遇到冲突,但正如月有阴晴圆缺一样,冲突是人力资源管理中无法回避的问题,甚至可以说冲突是一种常态。从这个意义上讲,人力资源管理者就应成为化解冲突的使者,而能否成功进行冲突管理是衡量管理者才能的重要标准。面对冲突,回避不足取,直面现实才是真正的勇士。我们的管理者应该明白,冲突并非全是坏事,相反,恰当激发良性冲突,尽量避免恶性冲突,还有助于激活企业人力资源管理。
Today, when companies emphasize collaborative development, no one wants to encounter conflicts. However, just like there are gaps and falls, conflict is an unavoidable issue in human resource management. Even conflict can be said to be the norm. In this sense, human resources managers should become the messengers of conflict resolution. The success of conflict management is an important criterion for measuring managerial talents. In the face of conflict, avoiding underprivileges and facing reality is the real warrior. Our managers should understand that conflict is not all a bad thing. On the contrary, proper stimulation of benign conflicts and avoidance of vicious conflicts should also help activate corporate human resources management.
