作者用年轻大白鼠研究髁状突颈部骨折非骨间固定与骨间固定对髁状突表面结构的影响。扫描电镜观察到两种处理早期均表现为颗粒层缺乏,凝胶样物质卷曲、堆积,结构紊乱,以后逐步恢复,但仍较对照组粗糙。表明导致颞下颌关节紊乱综合征的可能性大于对照组。两实验组结果间无显著性差异。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of non-osteosynthesis and interosseous fixation on the condylar surface structure of condylar neck fractures in young rats. Scanning electron microscopy showed that the early treatment of both treatments showed a lack of granular layer, curly material accumulation, structural disorder, and then gradually recovered, but still rough compared with the control group. Show that the possibility of causing temporomandibular joint disorder syndrome than the control group. There was no significant difference between the two experimental groups.
