本文讨论了在VOD精炼炉冶炼无钛奥氏体不锈钢时,以氮代氩作为搅拌气体的可能性。通过对三种不同的搅拌方式比较,发现以氮代氩搅拌后,除了钢中氮含量增加外,钢中的非金属夹杂物,机械性能等均变化不大,故认为以氮代氩的搅拌是可行的。同时指出,VOD精炼炉在以氮代氩搅拌过程中,钢液吸氮主要发生在VOD处理的后期一还原期。
This article discusses the possibility of using nitrogen-argon as a stirring gas when smelting titanium-free austenitic stainless steel in a VOD refining furnace. Through the comparison of three different stirring methods, it was found that after nitrogen-argon stirring, except for the increase of nitrogen content in steel, the non-metallic inclusions in steel did not change much in mechanical properties and so on, It works. At the same time, it is pointed out that in the process of stirring with nitrogen-argon in VOD refining furnace, the nitrogen absorption in molten steel mainly occurs in the later stage of reduction of VOD treatment.
