本文为针对制造企业应用实际,确定信息共享和运营绩效的度量指标,提出研究假设,构建信息共享与运营绩效作用机理的实证模型,并应用SPSS对实证模型进行相关回归分析,进而验证研究假设。其中,本文在确定了被影响的关键运营绩效指标后,采用行为锚定等级评价方法描述各个标准,利用等级划分来评测各个绩效指标的水平。研究结果表明,企业可以通过信息共享来影响运营绩效指标,并建立了二者间作用关系模型。本文为企业借助信息共享来创造与企业目标一致的运营目标,提出了指导性意见。
In this paper, aiming at the application of manufacturing enterprises to determine the performance indicators of information sharing and operational performance metrics, put forward research hypotheses, build information sharing and operational performance mechanism of the empirical model, and application of SPSS regression model for empirical analysis, and then verify the research hypothesis. After determining the key operational performance indicators that are affected, this paper describes each standard by the behavioral anchoring level evaluation method, and uses the level classification to evaluate the performance of each performance indicator. The results show that enterprises can influence the operational performance indicators through information sharing and establish a model of the interaction between the two. In this paper, we use the information sharing to create a business goal that is consistent with business goals and put forward guiding opinions.
