高风温是高炉提高喷煤比、节能降耗、降本增效的有效措施。迁钢2号高炉在设计上采用了优化热风炉结构,通过数学模拟确定最适宜的空燃比、采用自动燃烧系统、改善热风炉操作水平等措施分阶段提高风温,2008年8月开始高炉风温使用水平不断提高。至2009年9月,2号高炉平均使用风温长期稳定在1 280℃以上。高炉通过调整各项操作制度,接受高风温的能力逐步增强,高炉的各项经济技术指标迈上了一个新台阶。
