GB700—88碳素结构钢中第5.1.1.1条规定“沸腾钢硅含量不大于0.07%”。然而在实际生产中有时会遇到即使钢水中的硅含量符合标准的规定,出钢温度也符合沸腾钢的工艺操作要求,可是当钢水进入钢锭模后会出现沸腾不良甚至不沸腾而形成大量的皮下气泡。这样的钢锭送去轧制往往会形成表面龟裂而导致轧废。究其原因乃是由于标准中规定的沸腾钢硅含量过高引起的,现论证如下。 为相应的氧化物所饱和的铁液中各元素脱氧的热力学数据列于表1。

The thermodynamic data for the deoxygenation of each element in the molten iron saturated with the corresponding oxide is given in Table 1.
