结合ysp—15型钢瓶特殊性,分析钢瓶焊缝中气泡形成原因,介绍有气孔底片解剖结果和有气孔钢瓶造成危害的实例,提出在钢瓶焊缝探伤评定中应将GB3323标准与气孔在底片上的黑度结合起来评定。
Combined with the particularity of ysp-15 type cylinder, the reason of bubble formation in the weld of cylinder was analyzed. The anatomical results of stoma film and the example of the damage caused by stomata cylinder were introduced. It was proposed that GB3323 standard should be combined with stomata on the film The blackness combined assessment.
