目的:研究乐行痛风克颗粒的抗炎、镇痛作用。方法:用乐行痛风克颗粒治疗尿酸钠诱导急性痛风性关节炎模型大鼠,并设有空白对照组、模型对照组、西药对照组,观察治疗前后受试关节周径、关节腔组织和血清中PGE2含量;用热板法、乙酸诱导小鼠疼痛反应。结果:用药后,模型大鼠受试关节周径明显缩小,高、中剂量组可使关节腔组织和血清PGE2含量下降(P<0.05,P<0.01);能明显抑制乙酸和热刺激所致的小鼠疼痛反应(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:乐行痛风颗粒可以有效抑制急性痛风性关节炎模型大鼠关节肿胀,其对急性痛风性关节炎的作用机制可能与降低大鼠关节组织PGE2的水平有关,具有显著的抗炎、镇痛作用。
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of music goggles granules. Methods: The rats of acute gouty arthritis induced by sodium urate were treated with music gongfengke granule, and blank control group, model control group and western medicine control group were established. The changes of joint circumference, joint cavity tissue and serum before and after treatment were observed In the PGE2 content; hot plate method, acetic acid induced pain response in mice. Results: Compared with the control group, the testicular diameter of the model rats decreased significantly after treatment, and the content of PGE2 in the joint cavity tissue and serum in the high and middle dose groups decreased (P <0.05, P <0.01); the acetic acid and thermal stimulation The pain response in mice (P <0.05, P <0.01). CONCLUSION: Funxing Gengfeng Granule can effectively inhibit the joint swelling of rats with acute gouty arthritis, and its mechanism of action on acute gouty arthritis may be related to reducing the level of PGE2 in rat joint tissues, and has significant anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects effect.
