目的对余甘子叶中槲皮素进行分析研究,建立定性定量分析方法,为余甘子叶的质量标准制定提供方法和依据。方法采用薄层色谱进行定性鉴别;采用液相色谱测定余甘子叶中槲皮素的含量:色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸(50∶50),流速1.0ml/min,检测波长为360nm,外标法定量。结果槲皮素在10~100μg/ml范围内呈线性关系,平均回收率为101.0%(RSD=1.89%,n=9);分别对不同产地的样品进行了测定。结论该方法简便、准确,专属性强,重现性、回收率好,可作为余甘子叶药材的质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the quercetin in the leaves of Phyllanthus emblica and to establish a qualitative and quantitative analysis method to provide a method and basis for the formulation of the quality standards of the emblica leaves. Methods TLC was used for qualitative identification. The content of quercetin in the leaves of Phyllanthus emblica L. was determined by liquid chromatography: C18 column was used with the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid (50:50), the flow rate was 1.0 ml / min, Detection wavelength of 360nm, external standard method. Results Quercetin showed a linear relationship in the range of 10-100 μg / ml with an average recovery of 101.0% (RSD = 1.89%, n = 9). The samples of different origins were determined. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, specific, reproducible, and has good recovery rate. It can be used as a quality control method for the preparation of Phyllanthus emblica leaves.
