本文以OVX大鼠为动物模型,观察了去势15天、30天和60天大鼠血清甲状旁腺激素(PTH)和降钙素(CT)含量,第6胸椎(T6),第3腰椎(L3)和股骨矿盐含量及骨力学参数的变化。实验结果表明,去势15天、30天和60天大鼠血清CT显著降低,去势30天和60天大鼠血清PTH显著降低。去势15天大鼠T6横截面积显著降低,去势60天大鼠T6类骨质含量显著增加。去势15天和30天大鼠L3矿盐含量显著降低,30天骨压缩强度显著降低,60天最大应力、杨氏模量显著降低,横截面积显著增加。去势15天和30天大鼠股骨弯曲应力、张应力显著降低,弹性能密度在30天显著降低,去势60天股骨近1/3部位矿盐含量显著降低。实验结果提示,OVX大鼠CT降低是引起骨质丢失、骨力学性能低下的一个重要因素。松质骨骨丢失早于皮质骨,但力学性能的降低晚于皮质骨,OVX大鼠骨有机质减少是非胶原蛋白减少。p<0.01从表1可知,与对照组比较,去势15天大鼠T6骨横截面积显著降低,去势30天大鼠股骨干横截面积显著增加,去势60天大鼠L3截面积显著增加。去势30天和60天大鼠血清PTH显著降低。去势15天、30天和60天大鼠血清CT均显著降低。2.2两?
In this paper, OVX rats were used as animal models to observe the changes of serum parathyroid hormone (PTH) and calcitonin (CT) levels, the 6th thoracic vertebra (T6), the 3rd lumbar vertebra (L3) and femoral mineral salt content and bone mechanics parameters. The experimental results showed that serum CT of the rats at 15 days, 30 days and 60 days after castration was significantly decreased, and the serum PTH was significantly decreased at 30 days and 60 days after castration. The cross-sectional area of T6 in ovariectomized 15-day rats was significantly decreased, and the content of T6 in rat ovariectomized 60 days was significantly increased. After 15 days and 30 days of castration, the content of salt in L3 was significantly decreased, the bone compressive strength decreased significantly at 30 days, the maximum stress at 60 days, the Young’s modulus decreased significantly, and the cross-sectional area increased significantly. At 15 days and 30 days after castration, the bending stress and tensile stress of the femur decreased significantly, the elastic energy density decreased significantly at 30 days, and the mineral content of the proximal 1/3 part of castrated 60 days significantly decreased. The experimental results suggest that the reduction of CT in OVX rats is an important factor that causes bone loss and low bone mechanical properties. Loss of cancellous bone was earlier than that of cortical bone, but the reduction of mechanical properties was later than that of cortical bone.
