我院于1984年9月至1985年9月,用平脉散治疗心房纤颤及室性早搏40余例,现将统计资料完整的20例,结合文献作以简要介绍。临床资料和疗效观察: 1.一般资料:本组20例,男11例,女9例;19～29岁3例;30～39岁4例;40～49岁3例;50～59岁4例;60～69岁4例;70～79岁2例;慢性房颤14例,其中冠心病4例,风心病9例,高血压性心脏病1例。室性早搏6例,其中心肌炎3例,冠心病3例。

General information: The group of 20 patients, 11 males and 9 females; 19 to 29 years in 3 cases; 30 to 39 years in 4 cases; 40 to 49 years in 3 cases; 50 to 59 years 4 Cases; 60 to 69 years in 4 cases; 70 to 79 years in 2 cases; 14 cases of chronic atrial fibrillation, including coronary heart disease in 4 cases, 9 cases of rheumatic heart disease, hypertensive heart disease in 1 case. Six cases of premature ventricular contractions, including myocarditis in 3 cases, 3 cases of coronary heart disease.
