党的三中全会确定的改革开放政策给教育事业带来了空前的大发展。随着国家对外开放政策的深入,对外语人才的需求愈日剧增。这就需要大批从事外语教学人员甘做人梯,而这批人员则急需提高本身的外语水平。不可否认,其中有许多自学成才、出类拔萃的学术带头人,但多数由于日常教学任务繁重以及诸多其它原因,而抽不出专门时间进行业务进修,要提高在职人员,特别是这批骨干人员的外语水平,除本人刻苦钻研外,给创造一个良好的外部条件也是十分重要的,怎样解决这个问题呢?把他们都送到国外去深造,这显然不符合事实,一举两得的是把国外的教师请过来,这便在某种程度上满足了足不出户便能学到地道的外语的愿望。 聘请外教不但能积极推进教师业务的提高,而且也极大地调动了学生学外语的积极性,从整体上来讲,能有助于促进并提高整个学校的管理水平以及传播友谊,加深双方感情的交流。一般来说,中国学生刻苦好学的精神都使外专印象颇深,所有来过我校的外专都对学生爱国、爱家以及兢业精神为之赞叹,这正是中华民族新一代的代表。不难看出,由于受错误舆论的误导,有些到中国来是带有某种看法而怀有偏见。这点是不难理解的。在中国这块人情味很浓的热土上工作、生活了一段之后,亲身体验到中国的巨变,人民生活水平的提高
The policy of reform and opening up determined by the Third Plenary Session of the Party has brought unprecedented great development to the education industry. With the deepening of the country’s open-door policy, the demand for foreign language talents has increased dramatically. This requires a large number of foreign language teaching staff to be willing to do ladders, and these personnel are in urgent need of improving their foreign language skills. It is undeniable that there are many academic leaders who are self-taught and outstanding. However, due to the tedious daily teaching tasks and many other reasons, they are unable to find a special time for business training and to improve the foreign language of the working staff, especially the key personnel. The level, in addition to my diligent research, is also very important for creating a good external condition. How to solve this problem? Send them all to foreign countries for further study. This obviously does not correspond to the facts. It is a matter of attracting foreign teachers. This, to a certain extent, satisfies the desire to learn a real foreign language without leaving home. Employing foreign teachers not only actively promotes the improvement of teachers’ business, but also greatly mobilizes students’ enthusiasm for learning foreign languages. As a whole, they can help promote and improve the management level of the entire school, spread friendships, and deepen the exchange of feelings between the two sides. Generally speaking, Chinese students’ hard-working and enterprising spirit has deeply impressed the foreign students. All the foreign students who have come to our school praised the students’ patriotism, love of the family and the spirit of work. This is the representative of the new generation of the Chinese nation. . It is not difficult to see that because of the misguided misinformation, some people come to China with a certain opinion and prejudice. This is not difficult to understand. After working and living for a long time in China’s very humane land, she experienced first-hand the great changes in China and improved people’s living standards.
