目的观察联合应用氯沙坦钾与金水宝胶囊在糖尿病肾病早期阶段的疗效。方法选取小东庄社区卫生服务中心全科门诊于2016年7月-2017年1月期间治疗的120例早期糖尿病肾病患者,并随机分为对照组与观察组各60例。对照组患者仅服用氯沙坦钾片,观察组患者联合应用氯沙坦钾片与金水宝胶囊。观察并比较两组患者治疗前后尿素氮、24h尿微量清蛋白、肌酐及治疗总有效率。结果治疗后观察组尿素氮、肌酐、24h尿微量清蛋白均低于对照组,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论联合应用氯沙坦钾片与金水宝胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病效果满意,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the curative effect of losartan potassium and jinshuibao capsule in the early stage of diabetic nephropathy. Methods A total of 120 patients with early diabetic nephropathy who were treated in the department of general health of Xiaodongzhuang community health service center from July 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group of 60 cases each. Patients in the control group were treated with losartan potassium tablets only. Patients in the observation group were treated with losartan potassium tablets and jinshuibao capsules. The levels of urea nitrogen, 24h urinary albumin, creatinine and total effective rate were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the levels of urea nitrogen, creatinine and 24h urinary albumin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The combination of losartan potassium tablets and jinshuibao capsule in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy is satisfactory, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
