患者男，３２岁，１９９３年卫月初诊。患者于生后不久皮肤出现褐色斑片，约８岁时出现皮肤肿瘤，以后逐渐增多，增大。无自觉症状。患者生后即有右腋下肿物及左肘畸形。未行特殊治疗。个人史及既往史无特殊。家系调查３代１１人中２人有咖啡斑及皮肤肿瘤，２人均在２岁内发病
