莫尔斯电码是一种古老的无线电通信方式,直到今天国际莫尔斯电码依然被世界业余无线电爱好者所追捧。因为它只需要占用很窄的带宽,依靠一个平稳不变调的无线电信号即可进行通信,哪怕在高噪声、低信号的恶劣环境中依旧可以正常使用,同时它的设备线路也比其他通信方式简单。现在许多有趣的HF活动,例如DX远程通联比赛和QRP操作都是依靠CW完成的,所以对于我们广大HAM来说,掌握起码的莫尔斯电码收发技术是很有必要的。现在好多HAM已经把CW通信方式当做自己特有的一种休闲方式。
Morse code is an ancient form of radio communication that continues to be sought after today by international amateur radio fans. Because it only takes up a very narrow bandwidth, it relies on a stationary radio signal to communicate, even in harsh environments with high noise and low signal, while its device circuitry is simpler than other communication methods . Now many interesting HF activities such as DX telecoms games and QRP operations rely on CW, so it’s essential for most of our HAMs to have a minimum Morse coder. Now a lot of HAM CW communication has been regarded as a unique way of leisure.
