本文介绍研制不烧电熔镁砂复合滑板的工艺过程(包括原料、破碎、成型、干燥、浸渍沥青等)。通过浇铸15599罐(274.69万t)钢的实践证明,这种复合滑板较之传统的镁铝石墨质滑板砖可提高良滑率1.06%,杜绝漏钢事故,具有良好节流作用。本文还通过杂质含量、方镁石晶粒大小、晶体间硅酸盐结合相等解释了两种滑板砖耐侵蚀、抗冲刷能力不同的原因。
This article describes the development of non-burning fused magnesia composite skateboard process (including raw materials, broken, forming, drying, impregnated asphalt, etc.). The practice of casting 15,599 cans (2,746,900 t) of steel has proved that the composite skateboards can improve the slip ratio by 1.06% compared with the traditional magnesia-graphite skateboard bricks to prevent any steel leakage accident and have a good throttling effect. In this paper, the reasons for the different erosion resistance and anti-erosion ability of the two types of skid brick are also explained by the content of impurities, the grain size of periclase and the silicate bond between the crystals.
