本文从海外并购的概念开始介绍,详细叙述了中国企业海外并购波澜壮阔的发展史,自八十年代个别中央企业在重点领域并购开始,到今天中国企业全方位、多领域地走出国门,走过了极不平凡的一段历程,本文分析了我国当前海外并购存在的一些问题及未来的发展趋势,建议我国企业更加注重并购行业的多元化和并购方向的多区域性。
