针对高职院校的学生素质拓展问题,以扬州市职业大学为案例,研究并制定一套面向高职院校的学生素质拓展计划,进而在此基础上构建高职院校学生素质拓展的培训体系。该项目研究最终拟解决两个问题:其一,如何制定高职院校学生素质拓展计划;其二,如何通过构建培训体系,有效实现高职院校学生的素质拓展。
Aiming at the problem of developing students’ qualities in higher vocational colleges, this paper takes Yangzhou Polytechnic University as an example to study and formulate a plan of developing students’ qualities for higher vocational colleges, and then builds the training of students’ quality development in higher vocational colleges system. The project ultimately aims to solve two problems: first, how to develop a plan for developing the quality of students in higher vocational colleges; secondly, how to effectively develop the quality of students in higher vocational colleges through the establishment of a training system.
