Ours Plastic products are much more rigid than people’s products, chemical purity is much higher, and the precision of machine tools has reached an unprecedented level. All this is true, but unfortunately, most of this has nothing to do with this topic. Over the years, the U.S. leadership in product quality has been almost imperceptibly undermined. In recent months, more and more American managers have realized that they have indeed fallen into a desperate struggle. They reinvented the company’s business
