通过对G管理模式概念及理论的描述,阐述了G管理模式的核心思想及内涵,论证了G管理模式在现代煤炭企业的受用点;认为,现阶段煤炭企业实行先进管理模式非常紧迫。
Through the description of the concept and theory of G management mode, the core idea and connotation of G management mode are expounded, and the point of G management mode being accepted in modern coal enterprises is demonstrated. It is considered that it is very urgent for coal enterprises to implement advanced management mode at this stage.
