总结了我国引进的第一套VRDS装置设计和运转中的经验和问题 ,为制定扩能改造方案提供了重要依据 ;介绍了在固定床反应器上游增设上流式反应器 ,将两个反应系列分开的方案 ,以及控制适当的渣油转化率 ,保持较高的加氢脱硫、脱金属和脱残炭率作为FCC工艺预处理原料的具体措施。投产后的考核结果证明该项技术改造是成功的。
