产后出血是分娩期严重并发症之一,是我国当前产妇死亡的首位因素,其中以产后子宫收缩乏力所致产后出血最常见,约占产后出血总数的70%~80%[1]。我院近8年来发生产后子宫收缩乏力性出血238例,其中140例给予米索前列醇联合缩宫素治疗后取得明显疗效。现报告如下。1资料与方法1·1
Postpartum hemorrhage is one of the serious complications of childbirth. It is the first factor of maternal death in China. Among them, postpartum hemorrhage caused by postpartum uterine atony is the most common, accounting for about 70% -80% of total postpartum hemorrhage [1]. In the past 8 years, there were 238 cases of postpartum uterine atony bleeding in our hospital, of which 140 cases were treated with misoprostol combined with oxytocin to obtain obvious curative effect.
