目的观察自拟“OP”汤联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗骨质疏松症的疗效。方法对62例骨质疏松症患者采用自拟“OP”汤联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗,观察对比治疗前后患者的疼痛改善情况和腰椎骨密度变化,并与只采用鲑鱼降钙素治疗的对照组进行临床效果比较。结果自拟“OP”汤联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗组治疗1个疗程后,患者的疼痛症状缓解程度和腰椎骨密度指数增加值均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论自拟“OP”汤联合鲑鱼降钙素治疗骨质疏松症,疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the curative effect of self-made “OP” soup combined with salmon calcitonin in the treatment of osteoporosis. Methods Sixty-two patients with osteoporosis were treated with self-made “OP” soup combined with salmon calcitonin. The changes of pain and lumbar spine BMD before and after treatment were observed and compared with those treated with salmon calcitonin alone The control group to compare the clinical effects.
