目的:了解“空巢”老人卫生服务需要未被满足情况及其阻碍因素。方法:采用问卷调查方法,对“空巢”和非“空巢”老人的卫生服务需要未被满足情况及其阻碍因素进行调查。结果:与非“空巢”老人相比,“空巢”老人的卫生服务需要未满足率较高;阻碍“空巢”老人利用卫生服务的主要原因是:就诊程序繁琐(33.3%),找不到可以带领自己去看病的人(13.9%)等。结论:要提高“空巢”老人卫生服务水平,必须要简化就诊程序、加强对“空巢”老人的社会支持、提供上门服务。
Objective: To understand “empty nest ” the needs of the elderly health services unmet and impeding factors. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the unmet need of health service and the obstruction factors of “empty nest” and non-empty nest elderly. Results: Compared with non-empty nesters, the unmet need of health care services for the elderly with empty nest was higher than that of non-nested nesters. The main reason for hindering the use of health services by the elderly with empty nests was that curative procedures were cumbersome (33.3%), can not find the person who can lead himself to the doctor (13.9%) and so on. Conclusion: To improve the health service standard for “empty nesters”, it is necessary to simplify the procedures for attending medical services and strengthen social support for the “empty nesters” to provide on-site service.
