中国政府慈善总体自唐宋至近现代经历了多个曲折的发展阶段。在近代以来西方文明传入和国内慈善事业的多元化趋势的影响下,民国时期的政府慈善事业也体现出了其制度化、形式多样化、主体多元化和客体规模扩大等特征。对于中国政府慈善的纵观和梳理是一个对中国慈善事业发展的再认识,通过这样的认识方式能够让我们看到我国慈善事业发展的清晰脉络、更加了解中国政府慈善这个绵延至今都生机勃勃的慈善事业的重要组成部分。
The overall charity of the Chinese government has experienced many twists and turns of development from the Tang and Song Dynasties to the modern times.
