所谓档案意识,就是档案工作者在档案工作实践过程中和视觉听觉活动中,形成的对档案、档案工作及其与外界事物联系的一种反映和觉察。这种能动的反映和觉察,又反作用于档案工作实践和档案工作者自我,并产生一定效能。强化档案意识,就是促进档案意识的形成和增强它的反作用。档案意识的效能是很明显的。有了浓烈的档案意识,就会有牢固的档案观念。一讲到档案,就会联想到它的原始性、凭证作用和参考价值,就不难看到档案工作在社会主义建设事业中的重要意义和在整个社会中的不可缺少的地位,从而热爱它,忠于它,为它奉献出自己的劳动、智慧甚至一切。
The so-called file awareness is the reflection and observation of the archivists, archives work and their connection with the outside world formed by archivists in the process of archival work and visual auditory activities. It is not hard to see the important significance of archival work in the cause of socialist construction and its indispensable status in society as a whole, so as to love it, Loyal to it, for its dedication to their own labor, wisdom and everything.
