The knowledge of quaternary geology is essential when formulating a comprehensive land use planning and design infrastructure. The potential value of applying Quaternary geology to society is not fully understood and some of the basic elements still need to be raised. First, the importance of Quaternary sediments should be emphasized in planning, development, and society as a whole (see Lüttig.1975: Bender, 1986). Second, many government officials and policymakers do not know that in order to make reasonable and reliable use of the ground Resources, must understand the Quaternary sediments.Many Quaternary geologists have not yet noticed that this discipline in the development of human society, affluence and safeguard the decisive role of living conditions.Finally, for the application of Quaternary geology survey Methods and techniques must be improved.It is extremely important to understand the evolution of the Quaternary overburden, which is not only meaningful for soil formation and agriculture, but also for urban workers
