单一反浮选是目前针对中低品位胶磷矿比较好的浮选工艺~([1])。云南磷化集团有限公司安宁矿业分公司设计选矿规模为200万t/a,精矿产量120万t/a,采用单一反浮选工艺流程生产。1改造前胶磷矿单一反浮选流程及选矿指标分析单一反浮选~([2])以无机酸(H_2SO_4或H_3PO_4及其衍生物)作为矿浆pH值调整剂和磷酸矿物的抑制剂,在弱酸性介质中用脂肪酸捕收剂反浮选镁,排除镁质脉石,得到MgO和SiO_2含量较低的磷精矿。
