本文通过南北方高粱酒指标的对比,提出北方高粱育种目标应需调整,以适应南方酒类市场的红粮需求,北方的高粱不仅是南方中小型酒业的原料,还应成为南方各大名酒厂的原料。北方应当成为南方大中小型酒企业的红粮生产基地。
In this paper, through the comparison of indicators of sorghum in North and South, it is proposed that the goal of breeding sorghum in the North should be adjusted to meet the demand of red wine in the southern wine market. Sorghum in the North is not only the raw material of small and medium-sized southern wine industry, Factory of raw materials. The north should become the red grain production base for large, medium and small-sized liquor enterprises in the south.
