文章采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数据统计法等研究方法,对目前人们练习健身气功前做准备活动的现状进行调查,发现其存在的问题,在此基础上提出人们练习健身气功前做准备活动应该遵循的九大原则和注意的五大事项,同时阐述了健身气功不同功法做准备活动的特点,以此促进健身气功准备活动更好地发展,以期让更多健身气功练习者得到更好的健身效果。
This article investigates the present situation of people preparing for Qigong exercises by using the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interviews and data statistics, and finds out the existing problems. Based on this, it puts forward that people practice fitness Qigong Qigong exercise preparation activities should follow the nine principles and pay attention to the five major issues at the same time elaborated Health Qigong different exercises to prepare for the characteristics of activities in order to promote better development of Health Qigong preparation activities in order to allow more Health Qigong practice Get better fitness results.
