文章以民族传统体育现代化转型为出发点,论述与分析民族传统体育特性对现代化转型的影响以及民族传统体育的现代化转型理念。研究认为:坚持民族传统体育的鲜明民族特性是使其立足于世界体育之林的根本保证;少数民族传统体育与武术“和而不同”的发展理念可以使中华传统体育重新焕发多样化生机,为世界体育的文化多元化作贡献;在全面建设小康社会的今天,不能急于求成地进行功利性推广,而要深刻认清现代化转型的动力与阻力,以免最终导致丧失“民族个性”与“文化自信”的文化模仿现象。
