经过多年的发展,我们可以发现现代化建设是目前我国必须要经历的一个重要阶段,其不仅能使我国国家进步,还可以使人民的生活水平得到提高,并且在生产力和生产关系不断协调发展以及人民的生活水平不断提升的一个重要过程。现代化在政治、经济、文化、思想等方面都包含着,这些个体整合在一起就构成了现代化这一整体。现代化行政文化建设需要在行政管理工作的班助下完成的,并且行政管理工作是较为重要的存在于现代化这一整体中,在提高人民生活水平,促进社会协调稳定的发展有着重要的意义。本文通过对现代化行政文化建设对行政管理工作进行的研究[1]。
