拥有稳固的信息管理平台的那些机构将能充分地利用迅速出现的技术机会 ,并在整个机构中获取效率提高的经验利益。提高效率和降低成本的创新技术可供产业界使用 ,然而 ,技术与数据处理集成所需要的基础结构已滞后于实际技术进步。在线监控和决策支持系统所产生的大量数据的传输因无线通信网络缺乏宽带而受限制。为了能在OEM (原设备制造厂 )和第三方系统与机构的信息管理系统之间通信 ,必须建立全产业的标准。当机构中每个人都能取得他所需要的相关信息时 ,则将实现信息管理系统的最大价值。为保证与信息相通 ,需要全机构的经营过程与信息系统的集成 ,从而能立即作出明智决策 ,以适时方式实现数据转换成行动的目标。任何信息系统设计的先决条件是拥有完全的认识 ,并了解经营 ,了解信息在经营中的价值。必须把焦点集中在了解和优化经营过程 ,然后自动使之成功。为了克服技术集成的障碍 ,需要组织的变动。长远方案必须反映生产水平的短期目标 ,信息管理的所有权必须分散到营业区。营业区内技术用户提出的要求是发展合理的技术利益与底线联系的方法学
Those with a solid information management platform will be able to take full advantage of rapidly emerging technology opportunities and gain the benefit of increased experience throughout the organization. Innovative technologies that increase efficiency and reduce costs are available to industry, however, the infrastructure required for the integration of technology and data processing lags behind the actual technological advances. The transmission of large amounts of data generated by online monitoring and decision support systems is limited by the lack of broadband in wireless communication networks. To be able to communicate between an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and third-party systems and organizations’ information management systems, industry-wide standards must be established. When everyone in the organization has access to the information he needs, the maximum value of the information management system will be achieved. In order to ensure that the information is communicated with each other, it is necessary to integrate the business processes of the whole organization with the information system so that an intelligent decision can be immediately made and the goal of data conversion into action can be achieved in a timely manner. A prerequisite for any information system design is to have a complete understanding of the business and to understand the value of the information in the business. The focus must be on understanding and optimizing the business process and then automatically making it happen. To overcome the barriers to technology integration, organizational changes are required. The long-term program must reflect the short-term goal of the production level and the ownership of the information management must be dispersed to the business district. The requirements put forward by technical users in the business district are a methodology for developing rational technology interests and connections
