目的 :探讨丹参注射液对胎羊窘迫时脐动脉血液动力学的影响。方法 :用妊娠绵羊 (湖羊 ) 3只 ,于妊娠 1 1 6~ 1 2 5天行胎羊股动脉插管达腹主动脉入口水平 ,脐动脉置电磁流量计探头。经导管注射微小明胶颗粒阻塞胎盘 ,建立胎儿窘迫模型 ;通过动脉插管定期注射丹参注射液 2ml,3只羊共 6次 ,记录用药前后脐动脉血流和胎羊腹主动脉血压信号。用快速傅里叶转换把信号转换为输入阻抗频谱 ,计算脐动脉阻力 (R)和阻抗 (Z)。结果 :应用丹参注射液后R明显下降 (P <0 0 5) ,且下降幅度与丹参应用前的R之间有明显的相关性 (r=-0 85,P <0 0 0 1 )。Z无明显的改变。结论 :在胎盘阻塞引起的胎羊窘迫时丹参注射液能降低脐动脉阻力 ;下降的幅度与用药前脐动脉阻力呈正相关
Objective: To investigate the effect of Danshen injection on the hemodynamics of umbilical artery in fetal distress. Methods : Three pregnant sheep (Hu sheep) were used. The femoral femoral artery was cannulated at the inlet level of abdominal aorta on the day of pregnancy from January 16 to February 15, and the umbilical artery was placed on the electromagnetic flowmeter probe. Transcatheter injection of tiny gelatin particles to obstruct the placenta, the establishment of fetal distress model; regular injection of Danshen injection 2ml by arterial cannulation, 3 sheep a total of 6 times, recorded before and after administration of umbilical artery blood flow and fetal abdominal aortic blood pressure signal. The signal is converted to the input impedance spectrum using a Fast Fourier Transform to calculate the umbilical arterial resistance (R) and impedance (Z). RESULTS: After RSM injection, R decreased significantly (P < 0.05), and the decrease range was significantly correlated with R before RSM application (r = - 0 85, P <0 0 0 1). Z has no obvious change. Conclusion: Salvia miltiorrhiza injection can reduce the umbilical artery resistance in the case of fetal distress caused by placental obstruction; the magnitude of the decline is positively correlated with the resistance of the umbilical artery before administration.
