自1990年以来,我市积极响应国务院和全国爱卫会“关于创建卫生城市活动”的号召,党政动员,全民参与,大力开展创建卫生城市和环境综合整治活动,有力地推动了全市市容市貌、绿化美化、市政基础设施建设和城市管理的全面发展,不仅改善了市民的工作环境和生活质量而且为经济建设和改革开放创造了良好的外部条件。下面,结合我市近几年的实践,谈谈对创建卫生城市的几点认识和体会:
