目的:探讨职业健康监护工作出现的问题及解决问题的对策和方法。方法:按《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》、《职业健康监护管理办法》的要求,通过对本市职业健康监护工作的调查,了解工作中存在的问题。结果:存在的问题是认识不足、执法力度不强、体检质量不高、沟通协调不力等问题。结论:应提高认识、健全机制、加强宣传与培训、提升健康检查质量、规范建立健康档案、加大监督力度、多管齐下地做好职业健康监护工作。
Objective: To discuss the problems that appear in the occupational health supervision work and the countermeasures and methods to solve the problems. Methods: According to “People’s Republic of China Occupational Disease Prevention Law” and “Occupational Health Guardianship Management” requirements, through the city’s occupational health monitoring work to understand the problems in the work. Results: The existing problems are lack of understanding, law enforcement is not strong, the quality of medical examination is not high, poor communication and coordination and other issues. Conclusion: We should raise awareness, improve the mechanism, strengthen publicity and training, improve the quality of health examination, standardize the establishment of health files, strengthen supervision and conduct occupational health monitoring work in a multi-pronged approach.
