解决问题的正途,不是五花八门的“增加调控”,而是大道至简的“增加供给”最近在房地产问题的系列文章中,我细说了房地产价格急升的三重原因。一是人民币的汇率结构,二是人口大迁移和人均收入提高。三是政府一连串事与愿违的调控措施。有读者完全同意我的分析,但仍然写信来问:“难道面对房价急升,我们就只能袖手旁观,一点办法也没有了吗?”
Rather than a “widening of regulation and control” with a wide variety of issues, it is a “supply increase” from Avenue to Jane. In a series of recent articles on real estate issues, I elaborated on the three causes of soaring real estate prices. First, the RMB exchange rate structure, the second is the large population migration and per capita income increase. Third, a series of government control measures are in vain with one another. Some readers fully agree with my analysis, but still write to ask: “Is it so that we can only stand by and watch over the surge in house prices?”
