中央民族大学附属中学前身为国立蒙藏学校,成立于1913年。建校以来,学校培养了大批坚定拥护民族团结和祖国统一、献身民族地区发展和民族团结进步事业的杰出人才。学校隶属于国家民族事务委员会,直属于中央民族大学,招生计划由教育部和国家民族事务委员会管理。2003年,教育部发文批准学校可在全国24个省、市、自治区招生,少数民族学生毕业当年可以在北京市参加高考。2007年,学校被纳入中央财政经费预算,业务培训和学籍管理现在归属于海淀教委。
Central University for Nationalities affiliated high school formerly known as Mongolian and Tibetan schools, was established in 1913. Since the establishment of the school, the school has trained a large number of outstanding personnel who firmly support the unity of the ethnic groups and the motherland, devote themselves to the development of ethnic regions and the cause of national solidarity and progress. The school belongs to the State Ethnic Affairs Commission, directly under the Central University for Nationalities, the enrollment plan by the Ministry of Education and the National Ethnic Affairs Commission management. In 2003, the Ministry of Education issued a document to authorize schools in 24 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. Minority students can take the college entrance exam in Beijing year after graduation. In 2007, the school was included in the budget of the central government, business training and student status management now belong to Haidian Education Commission.
