“国培计划”是促进我国教育发展的一项重大项目,“幼师国培”作为“国培计划”的重要内容,给幼儿教师提供了成长与交流的平台,是加强幼儿园教师队伍建设的重大举措。通过调查国培幼儿骨干教师培训班级的现状,分析培训班级管理存在的问题,最后提出促进国培幼儿骨干教师班级管理的路径;以期通过对培训班级的有效管理,更好地提高广大教师的教育教学能力和专业素养,提高教师队伍整体素质。
