在市政桥梁施工与管理中,出现了大致相同的质量通病影响了市政桥梁的美观和正常使用。在施工中,由于各种原因,导致的混凝土灌注桩灌注过程长时间中断、预应力混凝土架的几何尺寸误差较大、混凝土外观质量差等问题,将会给工程造成经济损失,工期延长。本文分析了几种质量缺陷产生的原因,并提出了预防措施。
In the municipal bridge construction and management, there has been about the same quality common problems affecting the appearance and the normal use of municipal bridges. During the construction, due to various reasons, the pouring process of concrete bored piles will be interrupted for a long time, the geometric errors of prestressed concrete frames will be large and the appearance quality of concrete will be poor, which will cause economic loss and prolong the construction period. This article analyzes the causes of several quality defects, and puts forward preventive measures.
