近年来以发达国家为首的贸易保护主义的确有所抬头,而次贷危机向纵深发展后,在全球经济减速环境下,随着各国失业率提高,贸易保护势头更有扩散升温之势。更为严重的是,当下贸易保护主义有向金融保护、产业保护和投资保护进一步渗透的迹象。但保护主义不是拯救一国经济的有效手段,却可能助推世界经济的衰退大潮。
Trade protectionism headed by developed countries has indeed gained ground in recent years. After the subprime mortgage crisis has developed in depth, under the global economic slowdown, as the unemployment rate in all countries has risen, the trend of trade protection has been more and more spread. What is even more serious is the current trade protectionism has signs of further penetration of financial protection, industrial protection and investment protection. However, protectionism is not an effective means of saving the economy of a country, but it may boost the tide of recession in the world economy.
