近些年来,国内外电镀工作者主张用氯化钾和氯化钠来代替氯化铵镀锌。我们知道,氯化钾比氯化钠的基本性能要好,那为什么又要研究氯化钠呢?原因是:(1)氯化钠资源特别丰富,用之不尽;(2)价格便宜,只占氯化钾的1/3,1981年,一机部将“中性氯化钾、氯化钠型的镀锌工艺研究”任务下达给我厂和四川简阳拖拉机厂,并由湖南大学、北京建材电镀厂协作研试。我们对光亮剂载体,主光亮剂和辅助光亮剂进行了筛选试验,在赫尔槽试验的基础上,配制了一只700升单机滚镀槽,以后又扩大到半条滚镀线进行中试,于
In recent years, electroplating workers at home and abroad advocate the use of potassium chloride and sodium chloride instead of ammonium chloride zinc. We know that the basic performance of potassium chloride than sodium chloride is better, then why should study sodium chloride? The reason is: (1) sodium chloride is particularly rich in resources, inexhaustible; (2) cheap, only Accounting for 1/3 of potassium chloride.
