国内1.节能减排全民行动方案发布2月7日,国家发改委、财政部等17部委公布了《“十二五”节能减排全民行动实施方案》。《方案》通过典型示范、专题活动、展览展示、岗位创建、合理化建议等多种形式,广泛动员全社会参与节能减排,倡导文明、节约、绿色、低碳的生产方式、消费模式和生活习惯。
Domestic 1. Energy-saving emission reduction action plan for the whole nation released February 7, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance and other ministries and commissions announced the “Twelfth Five-Year” “energy-saving emission reduction universal action plan.” The Program mobilizes the entire society to participate in energy-saving and emission-reduction activities in a wide range of forms, including typical demonstrations, special events, exhibitions, job creation and rationalization proposals, and advocates civilized, economical, green and low-carbon production methods, consumption patterns and living habits .
